The rooms didn't look exactly like the pictures but they still worked for my family. The service was super nice. We never had an issues when we needed extra towels or the bedding changed. This hotel is super close to the air force base.
My stay was really good. Customer service is good as well. Rooms are pretty decent. Pretty quiet so overall, I had a good experience
Very friendly staff, room service was excellent! We stayed for 3 nights. They made sure we had a clean room everytime we went out and came back. I think he was the manager he let us be in the pool after hours. Beds were king sized and everything was beyond great. No insects no dirty room everything was perfect & price was cheap. I would come back to this hotel in the feature.

I stayed at the yo Hotel in San Antonio the staff members we're very nice checking in was very fast and easy the rooms are clean his location where I stayed with very quiet just what I needed I want to let them know they're doing a good job keep up the good work thank you again for letting me stay
This was a nice low budget motel. (Remember though you get what you pay for.) Despite what I had seen in other reviews, I found my room to be very clean, smelt well and was well maintained. The only staff I encountered was the front staff and they were very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I would not stay there again because of one thing... I have not lived in San Antonio for many years, but it is where I was raised and they have one rule at this hotel that would keep me from staying there again... NO GUEST! So I could not invite my classmates and childhood friends to visit me.. Sorry that is too oppressive. Other than that, you would have a regular guest. I also did not like the hardwood floor, but I figure that is more of a health issue than anything. So overall, I felt safe with the environment and the area. Thanks.
I love how it's close to Lackland Airforce Base. Denny's is right next door. And all the main stores and food chains are nearby. Kibd service from the staff. This is my 2nd stay here and I've never had any problems there. Plus there is a mini fridge and microwave, that's a huge plus for me as I like to snack on fruits and eat more at the room.
management is very friendly and helpful and curtious. we were there 2 nights and it was not cleaned, only had 2 towels for 4 people. the location to get into the parking lot was not very friendly but over all the experience was good. would stay again if i needed to,
